Terms of Use

Rent Deck is provided as a rental management service. Accounts are created through one-time invitations, and users are responsible for the accuracy of their properties, leases, and payments.

Synchronization and backups

Users can enable synchronization through one selected service: Google Drive or Yandex Disk. Synchronization files are encrypted, while local backups can be downloaded manually. Users are responsible for retaining access to their cloud accounts and local files.

Limitations

The service does not provide legal, accounting, or tax advice. Users must verify reports and lease data before using them for official purposes.

Ending use

Users can request account deletion. Rent Deck data associated with that user is deleted; files previously downloaded or saved to cloud storage remain under the user's control.
