Privacy Policy

Rent Deck stores data entered by the user in the app: rental properties, tenants, leases, payments, account settings, synchronization state, and local backups created manually by the user.

Use of Google Drive and Yandex Disk

When Google Drive is connected, the app requests the minimum file scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file and the basic identity scopes openid and email. File access is used only to create, read, update, and delete encrypted Rent Deck synchronization files created by the app for the selected account. Email is used only to display the connected account. The app does not request access to the entire Google Drive.

When Yandex Disk is connected, the app uses OAuth access to the app folder through cloud_api:disk.app_folder and login:email to display the connected account. App-folder access is used only to create, read, update, and delete encrypted Rent Deck synchronization files inside that folder. Cloud tokens are stored encrypted and are not used to view personal files outside synchronization operations.

Data sharing

Rent Deck does not sell personal data or share it with advertising networks. Data is sent to Google Drive or Yandex Disk only after the user explicitly connects the selected cloud service.

Revoking access

The user can disable cloud synchronization in Rent Deck settings or revoke access through Google or Yandex. After disconnection, new synchronization files are no longer uploaded.
